Required Documents to Apply for Offer Letter

- All Academic Documents (Including Completion/Convocation Certificate)

- Passport

- IELTS/PTE/TOEFL/GRE/GMAT/DULINGO (only for offer aplication not suggested for Visa)

- Updated CV with complete academic, work, and training details, including full dates, duties, and responsibilities

- Filled Application Form (Online/Paper)

- Work Experience Letter (if Gap)

- Letters of Recommendation: 2 for undergraduate applications and 3 for graduate applications (one from a principal and one from a teacher would be suitable).

(Turnaround time for offer letters varies by institution. Typically, it takes 2-4 weeks for diplomas, bachelor's, and postgraduate degrees, while public universities may take up to 3 months for master's programs)

After Receiving Offer Letter

- Apply for No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Ministry of Education

- Pay the fees for a semester or one year (it is recommended to pay for one year)

- After paying the fees, the institution will provide a Letter of Acceptance (LoA), Fee Receipt/Invoice, and Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL)

(PAL is not required for Masters & above)

Apply for Visa

- Applying Visa to Canada through online by creating GC key

- Financial Documents required during visa applying for Canada as below;

  Education Loan from "A" Class Commerical Bank or (A Grade Bank) or three months hold or recent savings with a source (land sale, share sale)

  Financial Documents

  Property Valuation Certificate

  Other Supportive documents for Income & so on

  Relationship Certificate, Citizenship certificate

  Annual Income Verification Certificate from municipal body

  Sources as mentioned in the Income Certificate

  Bank Certificate with Statement and Source

- Letter of Affidavit from sponsors

- If Business : Business Registration, Pan Registation and Audit Report required

- Pre-Medical Report by IRCC approved center

- Statement of Purpose (2000-2500 words)

- CA Report not mandatory if incomes are verified by the municipal body

Post Study Work Visa:

- Bachelor - 3 years

- Master & Doctoral - 3 years

- PG 8 months course- 8 months PGWP, 1 year PG course- 1 year PGWP, 2 years PG course- 3 yrs PGWP( PGWP stands for Post Graduate Work Permit)

- Students will get PSW only once/ 1 year Masters degree may also be eligible for 3 years PGWP.

Spouse Case:

- Spouse is allowed if the student is pursuing a Master's or PhD, or certain Bachelor's courses such as Nursing, Education, Law, or Engineering.

- Spouse qualification does not matter however marriage should be 9 months plus but he/she should show the relevant engagement on his/her country

Financial Requirements:

- Living Cost- CAD 20635

- Fund Calculation: One year fee with insurance + Living cost + CAD 5500 (Currency exchange and travel cost), other laptop cost may be added 2000 CAD

- Fixed Deposits, Provident Fund, CIT may be added or the 3 months hold fund may not necessary requires the proof of where the source has been generated

- We recommend student to pay 1 year tuition fees but its not mandatory to pay for a year but full 1 year payment may add benefit for your genuiness for study

Who can sponsor?

We recommend to make the involvement of own parents, grandparents, in-laws for annual income source which can be in a ratio of 60-70% from them and additional may be made from uncle, maternal uncle of depends upon student's financial situation.

What is the change in Financial Requirement?

Upto the year 2023, only Loan Sanction could be used for financial proof but IRCC now is looking as the availability of the sanctioned amount in form of Disbursement and access to the sanctioned amount so we recomend student that initial deposit can be made from their savings but remaining annual fees to be paid through disbursement.

Vaccines, PCR, Masks etc:

It is good to carry Vaccinated QR code of Covid 19 along with you but others requirements are relaxed as per recent IRCC guidelines.

Visa Application Charges:

Visa fee: CAD 235 includes Biometric charge as well, no need demand draft to be made.

Academic & ELP Requirements:

Academic requirements - 55% and above

A 3 years' bachelor is accepted for Postgraduate courses but you may be eligible for masters with pathway course such as foundation of Pre- Masters

Diploma - IELTS 6.0 with no band less than 6.0, PTE 60/60

Bachelor - IELTS 6.5/6.0 and PTE 60/60 in some cases but 65/60 recommended

Postgraduate Diploma - IELTS 6.5, PTE 60/60

Master - IELTS 6.5, PTE 65/60

Scholarships are not widely available like Australia but as per the academic merit there are some scholarship and bursary as well.

Gap - Case to case. Generally gaps are accepted

Associate degree is available which can progress towards 3rd year of bachelor after 2 years Associate degree.(Can continue education after PGWP as well for Bachelors)

Fee Range:

Diploma - 15000 - 17000 CAD per year

Bachelor- 20,000 - 25,000 per year can be more as per the Institution

Post Graduate Certicate/Diploma - 14000-17000 CAD per year

Fee Payment Before the Visa:

Recommended to pay 1 year tuition fees before visa lodgment.

Part time Work Rights:

Till date student are allowed to work for 20hrs per week but after sept, 2024 they will be eligible to work 48 hrs per fortnignt. Spousal work permit holders have no limitation to work.

Evidence of Funds to Support Study:

- Education Loan is the most reliable source on the part of financial support. In case of Bank Balance 3-4 months hold money can also be shown as evidence to support.

- Evidence must be in Student's name or Student's Financial Guarantor/sponsor's name

- Accepts Loan from any "A" Class Commercial Banks of Nepal

- Can accept public and employee provident fund accounts if supported by proof of employment

Funds More Likely to Meet Requirements

- Bank balance and transaction history of at least 3 months. Can provide longer history up to 6 months. Explain any large or multiple deposits.

- Certificates for fixed deposits held for at least 3 months. Provide longer history if available.

- Letter from employer confirming position, length of employment, and salary for applicant/financial guarantor.

- Tax returns showing income earned.

- Recent business tax returns and bank statements – if self-employed.

- Evidence of ownership and income from assets like rental property.

- Public and employee provident fund accounts supported by proof of employment.

- Education Loan from any A grade banks of Nepal with clear mentioning of the EMI repayments secured against collateral security of the immovable assets like as Land and Building
