Langara College, established in 1965 as part of Vancouver Community College and becoming an independent public college in 1994 under the Provincial College and Institute Act, is situated in Vancouver, B.C., Canada. Recognized as snəw̓eyəɬ leləm̓, house of teachings, by the Musqueam First Nation, Langara College operates on their unceded traditional territory.
Today, Langara College is a prominent post-secondary institution in British Columbia, offering University Studies, Career Studies, and Continuing Studies programs and courses to over 19,000 students annually.
