During the process of any student's application for any destination, whether from the Head Office, other offices, or Business Associates, multiple documents are required from the offer letter to visa lodgment stages. It is the responsibility of the Counselor and Documentation Officer, or the individual handling the process, to ensure the authenticity of these documents. This document outlines the documents that must be verified by the Documentation Officer (if no Documentation Officer is assigned, the responsibility falls to the Counselor), the verification process, and where the verified proof must be stored.
After the verification, the Counselor can proceed according to the specific requirements of the destination country, which may include stamping documents as “True Copy of Original” after checking the verification proof. The Admissions Team must review the stored verified proof of the documents identified for verification in this document. Without this verification, the Admissions Team must not proceed to any further stage if the verified proof is not available. This procedure is applicable to any destination if the below-listed documents are required for processing.
Documents that must be verified:
PTE Score Report
IELTS Test Report Form
Business Audit Report
Salary Income (Tax Paid on IRD)
Business Income (Tax Paid on IRD)
Education Loan
Bank Balance Certificate
Salary Letter (Issued by the Employer)
Experience Letter (Issued by the Employer)
To verify the PTE score report of the student, ask for the student’s Pearson PTE login credentials and follow the steps below:
> Click on “Sign in or create account”
> Enter student’s “Username and Password”
> Click on “View your Score Report”
> Student’s Score Report will appear
> Scroll down and click on the “View as PDF” button
> Save PDF file of the Student’s Score Report
After completing the process, compare the downloaded PTE Score Report with the score report provided by the student to ensure they match. Save the student's PTE Score Report in the designated Google Drive folder. Verify that the PTE score is sufficient for the student’s further application process. Update the CRM with a note stating that the PTE score report has been verified.
IELTS scores can only be verified through two methods:
1. If a student has booked the IELTS exam through Kangaroo Education Foundation (KEF), send an email to the KEF Academics Department at academics@kangarooedu.com from an official @kangarooedu.com email address.
The email should include the student’s details, including their Student ID, and request verification of their IELTS booking.
2. If a student has booked the IELTS exam outside of KEF, verification can only be requested by the KEF Academics Department directly from the IELTS exam provider (IDP or British Council). To request verification, send an email to academics@kangarooedu.com from an official @kangarooedu.com email address. Verification of every student's IELTS score is not feasible. For selected cases, email the KEF Academics Department to request verification.
In both cases email CC Requirements:
If the student is from the Head Office, CC applications@kangarooedu.com
If the student is from a Regional Office, CC associates@kangarooedu.com
