Western Institute of Technology at Taranaki (WITT) is the largest tertiary education institution in Taranaki, New Zealand. It offers a wide range of qualifications, providing students with the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career. WITT became a subsidiary of Te Pūkenga (the New Zealand Institute of Skills & Technology) on 1 April 2020, alongside 15 other Institutes of Technology and Polytechnics (ITPs). In early 2023, WITT fully merged into this national entity, expanding its resources and opportunities.
